Come on in.

We are happy you are here!

We get it. Being the new person can feel somewhat daunting, so let us help make your first visit a bit easier. It’s our desire that you feel both welcomed and cared for before you even walk through the door! Below you will find some pictures and information to hopefully aid you on your first visit. If you have additional questions, we would love to answer those for you too.

A Brief Introduction…

  • Simply put, we are a gathering of people who love Jesus and enjoy one another’s company, especially if good food or coffee is involved! Our different backgrounds, personalities, passions, and life experiences reflect God’s creative goodness and teach us of His grace. We love Him, love others, and love sharing life together.

  • We believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and our love for Him directly influences what we do and why we do it. We offer ministry and discipleship opportunities for people of all ages and abilities. These ministries include youth group, book studies, small groups, fellowship events, and retreats. Since we also believe the Church extends beyond four walls, we also participate in local outreach and global engagement.

  • We are located at 6531 PA-414, Liberty, PA 16930. If you plug this address into your phone or GPS, it may lead you to a spot slightly apart from the main entrance. Look for the church sign at the bottom of the hill, nearly caddy corner to Heatley Road. To the right of the Mountaintop Grace Community sign is a gravel drive that leads up to the church building.

  • During the school year, Sunday School begins at 9 AM and Sunday Worship Service starts at 10 AM. These times are subject to change in response to holidays or inclement weather.

During the summer months, our church family meets at 10:30 AM in our outdoor pavilion. We also create intentional space for play and quality time Tuesday evenings.

  • We gather together in obedience to the Word of God, which instructs us to:

    1) spur one another on towards love and good deeds

    2) encourage one another in our faith through testimony and prayer

    3) hold one another accountable to the Truth of the Gospel

    4) sing songs of praise and adoration together

We gather together because we were never intended to do life alone.

  • Come as you are!

We are a pretty relaxed group and prefer to come comfortable. There is a good mix of casual and business casual, with some dress pants, button up shirts, and dresses thrown into the mix.

  • We value lives of worship, whether singing songs to God together on a Sunday or bowing down to God in attitude, motivation, thought, word, and action all week long, guided both by God’s Word and God’s Holy Spirit. (See MGC Values) We seek to reflect and practice this value on Sunday mornings through the songs we choose and the disciplines we practice.

Our song selections are a good mix of Christian Contemporary and Hymns. Examples of artists we choose songs from include CityAlight, Phil Wickham, I Am They, Hillsong, Bethel, and Chris Tomlin. At this time, we are a primarily female-led worship team, which can affect the key we sing in.

  • Currently the primary teaching responsibility belongs to our senior pastor, and is shared with our youth pastor and elders.

Preaching styles vary between textual and topical.
